In 2018, owners Gene Colley and Anthony Cruz set out to create an amazing Fried Chicken Sandwich. With only a tent, a fryer, and a dream they began doing small pop ups in the New Orleans area. In 2019, they won The National Fried Chicken Festival with that chicken sandwich in addition to winning 7 awards at Po Boy fest in recent years. What started as a tent has now grown to 3 food trucks and a brick and mortar in Metairie. 

Our philosophy is to make amazing food at a great price while providing quality customer service. Behind the scenes, we believe in providing our team with great pay, opportunity for growth, and a culture that believes if the team is placed first, the customer will benefit the most. Not the other way around. 

Our Motto is great food supporting a great cause. Our passion outside of work is helping combat addiction in our communities. We work closely with Bridgehouse/Gracehouse, a non profit in New Orleans, and spend much of our free time in helping people to overcome the throes of addiction.
